Giuseppe De Palo
Prof. De Palo is President of ADR Center SpA. He is also International Professor of ADR Law and Practice at Hamline University School of Law. In addition, he teaches International Negotiation Theory and Practice at the Interdepartmental Research Center in European and International Studies of the Sapienza Università di Roma. He is a mediator of major international business disputes.
Leonardo D'Urso
Mr. D’Urso is the CEO and co-founder of ADR Center. He is an expert on creating Conflict Management Systems (CMS), managing business negotiations, and mediating complex commercial disputes. He is responsible for the high quality and constant improvement of “case management” for the national and international mediations and arbitrations administered by ADR Center, as well as the firm’s On-Line Dispute Resolution programme.
Michael Wheeler
Mr. Wheeler is Professor at Harvard Business School and he is also editor in –chief of the Negotiation Journal and Member of the American Arbitration Association. He handled several large international business disputes as a mediator and arbiter. He is also author of 8 books and various articles on “Business Fundamentals in Negotiation” and “On Teaching Negotiation”. He was awarded for the best negotiation book “Environmental Dispute Resolution” by CPR Institute for Dispute Resolution.
Gwen Krause
Ms. Krause is since more than 17 years trainer and coporate negotiation consultant. She supported the managers of famous worldwide companies MTV, Deloitte and Touche, Credit Suisse, Pfizer, Capital One, Procter & Gamble to develop relation and leadership’s skills. Moreover she also attended conventions organized by the International Society for Performance Improvement and the International Association of Career Management Professionals.
Roberta Calabrò
Ms. Calabṛ is a Senior Manager of ADR Center SpA and since 1999; she is in charge of extensive training and consulting experience in the sector of international negotiation, mediation, consensus building and conflict management. She also taught Negotiation at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”. Roberta Calabrò coordinated and participated to the team work for designing and implementing intensive workshops on problem solving, negotiation and conflict management within large companies (e.g. Alenia Aerospazio, ENEL, General Electric).She cooperated with ADR Center as mediator on numerous complex disputes, most of which involving foreign parties. She is member of the “Commissione per lo studio della conciliazione” of the “Centro Studi del Consiglio dell’Ordine degli Avvocati di Roma”.
Andrea Buti
Mr. Buti is professor of “Diritto e Tecnica della Conciliazione” and “Diritto Processuale Civile” at the University of Camerino. He also teaches in the Master “International Business Law” at the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and in the Summer “School “Global Market and Disputes Management” organized by the University of Camerino. Andrea Buti is an expert of the "Computer Crimes", he teaches in the “Master di Diritto, Economia e Tecnologie Informatiche” organized by the School of Specialization in Civil Law of the University of Camerino. He has been lecturing on the digital protocol, electronic signature and document, e-government at a number of Public Organizations (IRFOD, ASAP, Regione Lazio and Court of Appeal of the Marche).
Daniele Cutolo
Consultant in ADR Center, is an Italian attorney, LLM in International Law, Dispute Resolution Specialization at Hamline University, School of Law (St. Paul – MN), arbitrator, commercial mediator and ADR trainer. His main professional area of work are national and international contracts and he represents national and international companies, public organizations and associations in the area of commercial law before national and European courts. He qualified as “avvocato” (solicitor) in 1997. He is member of Young International Arbitration Group of the London Court of International Arbitration.Member of Naples Bar, since 1997. Mediator and arbitrator in commercial cases, he is Consultant to the Chamber of Conciliation and Arbitration of the Naples Chamber of Commerce and associated organizations, such as the Regional and National Union of the Chambers of Commerce. He has also participated in related technical discussion and study groups.
Marco Perrini
Lawyer, assistant of international and internal arbitration law and teacher at “Luiss Guido Carli” in Rome and at Luiss Management. He is the consultant of the most famous national and international companies concerning ad hoc arbitral procedures (inter alia CCI e AIA) and he is also the author of different articles about arbitration.
Cristopher Honeyman
Mr. Honeyman is the lead external consultant to ADR Center. He has served as mediator, arbitrator and in other neutral capacities in more than 2,000 disputes since the 1970s, and as a consultant to numerous academic and practical conflict resolution programmes in the U.S. and abroad. From 1990 to 2005 he directed a succession of highly innovative and Hewlett Foundation-funded research and development programmes in ADR, of national or international scale. He is co-editor of the primary reference work on negotiation, The Negotiator’s Fieldbook (American Bar Association, 2006) and author of many articles on ADR.
Manon Schonewille
Ms. Schonewille, is executive director of ACB Group in The Netherlands. She is also founding partner in Toolkit Company. As one of the initiators of M&SD she is in charge of M&SD’s Amsterdam office. Besides mediation and negotiation techniques, her special interests are transactional mediation, deal-making and mediation advocacy. Ms. Schonewille trains lawyers, mediators, diplomats and negotiators all over the world. Furthermore she has extensive experience in consulting and training corporations and law firms in conflict management. At Utrecht University she teaches the Business Mediation course as part of the interfaculty minor in mediation (social sciences, law faculty, economics, and business administration).
Ms. Schonewille publishes regularly. Her articles and books on mediation techniques, conflict management and mediation advocacy are used by professionals and universities. Moreover, she is one of the assessors for the certification of mediators for the Netherlands Mediation Institute (NMI certified mediator).
Daniele U. Santosuosso
Lawyer and professor of Commercial Law at University La Sapienza in Rome. Expert in commercial, community, international and company law he was member of the government commission for the company law reform and for the Arbitration Board and Mediation in Rome. He was "visiting scholar" at Heidelberg University, London Business School and London School of Economics.
Cinzia Brunelli
Civil law notary, has been involved in ADR since 2000. She is Italian representative for the National Board of Italian Notaries in the working group ADR at Cnue (Conférence des Notariats de l’Union Européenne) in Brussels. Registered at the District Notarial Board of Forlì and Rimini and in the list of Conciliators at the Ministry of Justice specialized in the corporate, financial and banking sector. Delegate of the National Board Italian Notaries for the period 2007-2010 at CNUE working group "ADR- Médiation".
Rodolfo Cicchetti
Expert in civil law and Training Responsible at the District Lawyer Board of Rimini is in charge with conciliation and arbitration. Professor in ADR courses at private and public corporation, he attended as speaker different congresses focused on ADR. He represents the District Lawyer Board of Rimini in the Legal Studies Center which deals with legal problems concerning trade, bankruptcy and corporate field.
Chiara Giovannucci Orlandi
Teacher of Civil Procedure at Bologna University and as Lawyer is expert in arbitration and conciliation. Moreover she is Member of the Conciliation Commission of Unioncamere in Italy.
