For University Professors (Graduate and Post Graduate Programs) – Class Fall 2009

Once a year M&SD holds a Train-the-Trainer class for junior or senior faculty in graduate and post-graduate courses in Business and Law. The class is designed to teach how to deliver  semester-long courses in “Negotiation” and “Mediation and ADR”.  As a prerequisite to attend this program, faculty must have successfully completed the M&SD of “Train-the Trainer” course. M&SD will provide all materials for the two semester courses (agendas, students tests and final examination, videos, trainers booklet, participants booklet, power point presentation, simulations, cases, how to answer to the most frequent questions by the students, etc..). The program and materials, covering about 12 classes each between 2 and 3 hours long, are designed to be easily translated and used in Universities around the world. M&SD will enter into a licensing agreement with the University.
